As part of its new Strategic Plan for 2015 – 2018 released on Monday 17th November, the DPC will facilitate closer and more productive collaboration within and beyond the Coalition.

DPC Business Manager, Carol Jackson explains that “this requires good governance, transparency and trustworthiness on behalf of the DPC, as well as a commitment to openness, respect and mutuality from members.”

The DPC will develop, foster and maintain partnerships so that all agencies involved in providing or enabling long-term access to digital resources can flourish and benefit from an effective and productive relationship with the DPC.

The Coalition encourages coherence, maximises impact, and welcomes new contributions to the field of digital preservation, and will continue to monitor and maintain its relevance and effectiveness.

By realising its goals, the intention of the Strategic Plan is to sustain the Coalition’s vision to ‘make our digital memory accessible tomorrow.’
