Have you heard about C2PA? If you haven’t, then you probably soon will! According to their website, “The Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) addresses the prevalence of misleading information online through the development of technical standards for certifying the source and history (or provenance) of media content. C2PA is a Joint Development Foundation project, formed through an alliance between Adobe, Arm, Intel, Microsoft and Truepic.”

At this #DPClinic, we shall hear from Leonard Rosenthol (Senior Principle Scientist, PDF Architect, and CAI Architect for Adobe) who will provide an overview of the C2PA specifications, and their transformative potential in safeguarding digital content. This session will delve into how C2PA specifications can enhance the integrity and authenticity of digital assets, ensuring their longevity and trustworthiness.

You can find out more about the C2PA Specifications in advance of the #DPClinic by visiting here.

We encourage diversity in all its forms and are committed to being accessible to everyone who wishes to engage with the topic of digital preservation, whilst remaining technology and vendor neutral. We ask all those who are part of this community and/or attending a #DPConnect session to be positive, accepting, and sensitive to the needs and feelings of others in alignment with our DPC Inclusion & Diversity Policy.
