Developing a digital asset register can be a key step in building capacity, facilitating management, and improving accountabilty of digital preservation activities. This informal event, led by King's College London, brings together three practitioners from UK Higher Education institutions to share their experiences of creating and managing a digital asset register to support their preservation work within an academic library environment. Their presentations will also be accompanied by a brief introduction to the Digital Preservation Coalition's Digital Asset Register Toolkit. In addition to the presentations, there will also be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
