The University of Salford Library is seeking an exceptional candidate with the expertise, skills and behaviours needed to effectively manage, develop and enhance the reach of its archival collections and to deliver an excellent service to users. Working with a range of internal partners and external cultural organisations, the Archivist will also contribute actively to educational and engagement projects, events and programmes that support the University’s strategic focus on collaboration with cultural, creative and digital industries.

This is an exciting time to be part of a university whose expertise is transforming individuals and communities through excellent teaching, research, enterprise and engagement.
