The National Archives is looking for an IT Configuration and Device Management Specialist to join our team in IT Operations, taking the lead on device management technology-related services and all aspects of IT Asset and Configuration Management.

IT Operations is a welcoming department of 36 staff made up of a number of multidisciplinary teams, focused on delivering services that make it possible for everyone to use up to-date, efficient technology services.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a team tasked with developing and supporting The National Archives’ technology systems. You will join our Service Operations Team, taking the lead on Device, Configuration and Asset Management and you will work with our Service Delivery Teams in the in the deployment of end-user technologies, including, desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
You will have a significant say in how configuration management and assets are managed. You will have an opportunity to shape and develop our processes and procedures using your knowledge, industry standards and best practice to contribute to a high performing service-culture orientated team.
