Applications are invited for a 1 year post of a Teaching Fellow in Library and Information Studies within UCD School of Information and Communication Studies.
The School of Information and Communication Studies seeks to appoint a temporary teaching fellow. The appointee will be expected to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervise masters students. We are seeking a scholar who has completed a PhD and has experience teaching modules in the field of Library and Information Studies. The teaching fellow will diversify and enhance the academic activities carried out by other colleagues in the School and will work collaboratively with them in the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The School of Information and Communication Studies ranks among the top 50 LIS schools worldwide in the QS rankings.
The successful candidate will contribute to teaching in the following subject areas:
Research and Practice in LIS, Organisation of Information, and Research Data Management to develop relevant modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in accordance with their expertise.
Fixed Salary: €36,000 per annum
