DPC has now confirmed the program of meetings for its Executive Board and Representative Council in 2023, as well as the Annual General Meeting.
The Representative Council is the ‘general assembly’ of the Coalition. It is formed by representatives of all our full members and it owns the DPC’s Strategy. In that role it receives the reports of DPC's 5 thematic subcommittees. The Executive Board is a smaller body recruited from the Representative Council and responsible for corporate governance. These groups will meet every three months in 2023 as follows:

Quarter 1: Representative Council, Morning of Thursday 13th April; Executive Board, Afternoon of Friday 14th April (online)

Quarter 2. Representative Council, Morning of 22nd June; Executive Board Morning of 23rd June (possible face to face)

Quarter 3. Representative Council Morning of Thursday 28th September; Executive Board afternoon of Friday 29th September (online)

Quarter 4. Executive Board Afternoon of Monday 4th December; Representative Council afternoon of Tuesday 5th December (online)
In addition, the Annual General Meeting receives the annual accounts and annual reports of the DPC and elects the Chair and Vice Chair. It will meet on the afternoon of Tuesday 5th of December, after the Representative Council.
