As previously announced, the iPRES Steering Group (STG) is inviting bids from prospective conference hosts to organize iPRES for the years 2027–2029, with additional options for 2030 and 2031.
The Steering Group is hosting two Q&A sessions for organizations interested in hosting an iPRES conference during 2027–2031. The Co-Chairs of the Future Hosts Working Group, a subgroup of the iPRES STG, will be available at these online sessions to answer questions and provide insights into the hosting process.

The final deadline for bid submissions is July 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM GMT. However, we encourage informal expressions of interest by December 1, 2024.
